Protein Ball Recipe – Delicious and good for you!

1 cup instant protein powder

1 cup crunchy peanut butter

1 cup Fly-Fuel (or another granola)

3/4 cup honey or maple syrup

 

Mix together and roll in balls refrigerate you may roll some in coconut or in more Fy-Fuel (or any other granola) or just plain coconut.
