For this weekend’s (Sept 20 & 21) special take-home dinner, Cheezie Sam and crew will be offering their Sauteed Veal in a Wild Mushroom Cream Sauce.
Fresh veal tenderized super thin and then sauteed with a medley of fresh mushrooms with a lovely white wine cream sauce. Sides include grilled asparagus and a slice of double fudge brownie w/ peanut butter icing.
