For this weekend's (June 6 & 7) special take-home dinner, Cheezie Sam and crew are making out Sauteed Veal in a Mushroom Cream Sauce.
Fresh veal, tenderized super thin and then sauteed with a medley of fresh mushrooms in a lovely white wine cream sauce. Sides include grilled asparagus and a slice of lemon bar.
