For this weekend (May 3 & 4) Cheezie Sam and crew will be offering their Pork Schnitzel for their take home dinner. Pork Tenderloin, seasoned and tenderized until super thin, covered with Panko & bread crumbs and then deep fried to perfection with a white wine and black pepper sauce.
Sides include German green beans and a slice of refreshing lemon bar.
