If you’ve stopped at Farmstead in the last couple of weeks, you may have noticed the new vendor, Zakmar’s Delight. Zak and Mara are the owners behind the stand. Their goal is simple: to connect with others and build a sense of community. They are incredibly grateful for the support and encouragement they have received so far as they begin this new adventure.
You’ll find Fox Meadows Pints, Tillamook ice cream scoops and milkshakes! Thanks to community feedback they are now also offering homemade Belgian waffles, subs and salads! Every visit helps shape what Zakmar’s Delight becomes.
The adorable yeti on the banner? While it’s easy to assume his name would be Zakmar, his name is Lumo. Lumo is the official mascot of Zakmar’s Delight. Lumo is a gentle yeti with a curious heart, always discovering the world with wonder and joy. He reminds us to slow down, enjoy the little things, and share something sweet with the people around us.
